About the role:
This role oversees all marketing efforts related to the brand, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity, values, and business objectives. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels and campaigns, strengthening our brand presence and impact in the market. Through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll drive marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and support brand growth.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and Organize Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth across multiple channels.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Lead efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Coordinate with External Partners: Establish and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and clients to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Identify Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge and proactively adjust brand strategies.
• Project Management: Oversee daily project tasks and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive online and offline marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to strengthening brand credibility.
• Monitor Performance: Track and report on the performance and ROI of all marketing campaigns and activities.
• Set Strategic Goals: Contribute to defining marketing and sales goals and provide training and supervision for marketing and sales teams.
• Manage Workload: Develop a sustainable workflow and organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts with overall brand objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience in brand marketing or a related role, with a focus on campaign management and brand development.
• Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English. Proficiency in analysing market trends and campaign performance metrics.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Creativity: Innovative mindset for developing engaging marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. Familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools
